Contract Specialist in St Leonards at Stryker Corporation

As Contracts Specialist you will be part of Stryker South Pacific’s Technical Operations team, managing relationships and processes between different facets of the business including Supply Chain, Legal, Commercial, Marketing and Sales in addition to external customers. You will make a positive impact at Stryker by playing a key role in driving service contracts, PAYG service revenue and customer engagement through service options and delivery.

You will be responsible for

  • Delivering Service Agreement pricing strategies in partnership with Marketing
  • Providing Stryker Service Agreement Quotes working with Sales team
  • Service Contract administration including Contract invoicing and amortisation using both Salesforce and JDE
  • Customise site and buying group level proposals working closely with key stakeholders across the business
  • Ensure correct allocation of service revenue and processing in partnership with Supply Chain
  • Ensure our service Terms & Conditions align with current state and buying group requirements as well as Stryker Corporate requirements working in partnership with Legal team

You will need

  • Advanced communication skills and ability to form and maintain relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and colleagues
  • A proven ability to influence stakeholders to achieve exceptional results
  • A track record of accountability for high level project work and process improvement
  • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Strong excel skills
  • Experience with Salesforce and ERP systems such as JDE preferred
