Your key responsibilities

  • Support the creation, alignment and execution of the local marketing plans, which should be aligned to the EMEA marketing plans
  • Enable, educate, influence, and align the marketing team to local marketing strategy and define, track and communicate on key performance indicators
  • Lead the research, launch, or reposition activities around products to maximize sales and growth using 4P’s and Big Picture methodology
  • Work closely with Senior Marketing Leaders to support and set strategy for continual growth through the Annual Marketing Plan driving campaigns, product launches, strategic customer activities with focus on tactics following marketing objective
  • Lead key initiatives to drive skill levels, efficiency, process excellence and communication among the sales/marketing organization.
  • Develop strategy around strategic customers (KOL)
  • Partner with Operational and Global Marketing, Clinical, Training and Education and Supply Chain to ensure executional excellence and communication
  • Lead new product launches to develop and execute high impact launches
  • Liaise with Sales Leadership on Country/Regional level to ensure alignment in planning & execution
  • Provide analysis of business performance and key performance indicators
  • May lead and Mentor team of marketing specialists (and/or others), as well as provide or ensure continuous training and development of the team

What are we looking for?

  • Degree in economics, Marketing, Engineering, Life Science or relevant field (Masters or MBA highly desirable)
  • 6+ years of marketing experience of which a significant portion is within Pharma/ med-tech industry
  • Proven successful track record in leading marketing projects incl. marketing plans, product launches and campaigns within healthcare industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of product management processes, planning and execution
  • Demonstrated leadership in innovating in the field of processes, marketing activities and marketing excellence
  • Ability to influence different stakeholders and proven track record in working cross functionally and across different regions and cultures
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English
