This Marketing professional is responsible for creating and maintaining excellence in Stryker’s digital media platforms, as well as enhancing internal communication initiatives across the multiple languages and selling geographies of Europe for our prestigious Head and Neck product portfolio.

Your key responsibilities

  • Develop and manage marketing communications materials and applications for Stryker Head & Neck Europe business unit and portfolio of products
  • Drive adoption of sales enablement platform across EU through close collaboration with Product Manages and Sales Leadership  
  • Create lead tracking tools enabling the sales force to accurately follow up and execute on leads generated at marketing events  
  • Develop marketing communications tools, included but not limited to: literature, collateral, advertising, websites/digital, social media, video, presentations and publicity. This may include but is not limited to: guiding projects through internal review and approval, working with internal teams, agency partners, and external vendors.
  • Review projects, copy write, proof read, and editing of such materials
  • Manage and maintain all project files/images library on various marketing collateral and applications for current up to date product and brand representation
  • Assist and manage the development and maintenance of Stryker digital initiatives, including websites, social media, and mobile applications. Work with IT to add new products, update marketing information and keep templates/forms current. 
  • Collaborating with Event Management Team and Product Managers in country creating market specific messaging for trade shows as well as customer facing events.
  • Collaborates with marketing & sales teams to monitor, understand, and respond to competitive product performance, branding, messaging, and tactics.
  • Partner with the US and corporate Communications and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of marketing content creation. 
  • Establishes and fosters KOL’s and Association relationships in conjunction with brand manager, and facilitates ongoing collaboration and communication activities with Stryker leadership.
  • Ensure all internal and external communications are developed in line with brand guidelines and that a consistent customer experience is delivered across the Head & Neck business.


What are we looking for?

  • Degree in Communications and / or Digital Marketing or similar
  • At least 4 years of demonstrated marketing communications experience, with Digital Marketing, and/or advertising experience
  • Copy writing experience as well as strong written and oral communications skills
  • Extensive experience with word processing and graphics layout programs (i.e., Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) highly preferred
  • High affinity and experience with new technologies (i.e. Adobe experience, Wordpress,
  • Experience in digital media (social media, web management and mobile application development)
  • Ability to work with cross-functional partners across all levels, developing positive working relationships (Brand Marketing, Regulatory/Internal Review committee, External Agency Partners and Vendors)
  • Strong project management skills, high degree of attention to detail and ability to prioritize
  • Absolute team player
  • Fluent in English
