The Logistics Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of products to customers by providing support in different levels of the Supply Chain. The incumbent will help and maintaining high quality consensus demand plans for the organization with the best available cross-functional inputs, and applying sound judgment based on knowledge of the business operations. He or she will also partner with local or regional Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Logistics partners to reconcile business objectives and strategies to support the end to end Operation’s process.  Will be responsible for Inventory Management of specific product lines (line NV) and will act as a liaison to cross-functional senior management to provide detailed documentation of key assumptions. The person will monitor consignments and inventory levels and ensure service levels for each customer are met.

  • Lead the end to end planning and business for NV.
  • Lead inventory management for NV, analyzing product turnover, inventory controls, consumptions and consignment replenishments.
  • Lead consignment management, keep updated the scheduled bank controls.
  • Keep inventory levels in line with budget
  • Support inventory periodically  in warehouse and consignments according to instructions and record data using Stryker ERP
  • Responsible for gathering all information needed to invoice consignment material.
  • Be the point of contact and go-to person for consignment replenishment and invoicing.
  • Be the liaison between NV accounts and the Operations organization.
  • Ensure the demand plan is collected and approved by the required business and financial leaders as defined in the process flow per the required monthly cadence
  • Improve purchase quality by effectively analyzing sources of forecast metrics and recommending appropriate action plans 
  • Achieve or exceed the identified goals and KPI targets, supporting corporate/department goals and KPI targets as directed
  • Lead consignment management, keep updated the scheduled bank controls.

Act as a role model to the department and organization for your work ethic, integrity, and team approach.

Education/Special Training Required

  • Bachelor’s degree (Student or graduated): Business Administration, accountant, Engineering or similar
  • Knowledge of demand management/forecasting tools, forecasting processes in sales, marketing operations, finance, manufacturing and supply chain issues.
  • Understanding of end to end supply chain interactions and interdependencies
  • English intermediate

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent, demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of demand planning applications and how to apply them to a business
  • Ability for decision making, to work under pressure, and capacity to make good judgment in critical situations. Sense of urgency.
  • Focus on accuracy of work and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team work and customer service orientation.
  • Proven ability to communicate and present to all levels of the organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills

EXPERIENCE

  • 2 years of business experience in Supply Chain: Operations, Warehousing, Customer Service, Demand Planning or Logistics
  • Previous experience in ERP (user level)
  • Advanced level of MS-Excel preferred

Statistical background is a plus

AVAILABILITY

Available to travel (in Argentina) and to provide on-call support after working hours as necessary
