Annual Quota finalization for sales team as well as updating of territory changes/new joiners. Monthly Sharing of sales achievement with sales team versus their targets Quarterly working on Sales Incentive and management of related queries Working on Monthly Dashboards to capture key sales highlights and sales team performance.
Pricing:-
Support on annual review of price lists, by taking inputs on competition from marketing. Working on fixed discounts for recurring sales accounts as well as discount schemes Support on discount/dealer margin reviews and MIS circulation covering ASP movements.
