  • Able to analyze and repair most of the high running and critical products in the ProCare line up
  • Able to analyze and repair various products on their lines as well as help other teams when needed
  • Troubleshoot and analyze medical devices for repair
  • Builds, repairs, and/or tests a variety of new and older products using standard and/or non-standard tools, equipment, and procedures
  • Coordinate verification of analysis with Quality Engineers
  • Coordinate with Team Lead and other technicians to meet repair demand and solve problems
  • Provide customer service with requested information such as estimated repair costs, repair time, previous repairs or billings, literature such as service manuals or repair paperwork
  • Follow up on the status of in-house repairs.
  • Maintain repair orders: enter repair work order into computer and update order with correct pricing
  • Ensure that order entry is correct
  • Communicate with internal departments when arranging for repair of equipment or follow up
  • Utilize computer and other testing devices
