  • Develops and oversees the implementation of strategic service marketing programs to achieve financial targets for the service portfolio.
  • Assesses potential markets and facilitates the development process for new products or new service solutions.
  • Develops and recommends strategic plans and programs to gain greater market share/penetration for the service portfolio.
  • Analyzes qualitative and quantitative market data to identify trends in the market and thereby, translate these trends into business opportunities and actions.
  • Conducts industry benchmarking to understand best practices and opportunities to drive service growth.
  • Analyzes competitive intel to identify strategies to drive greater market share.
  • Creates and oversees the implementation of the annual marketing plan.
  • Submits periodic reports on the status of marketing goal attainment and marketing initiatives.
  • Manages the PLCM process for the service portfolio and provides recommendations on end of life strategy for products.
  • Drives voice of sales and voice of customer research and translates feedback into actions.   
  • Evaluates and recommends pricing adjustments and/or strategies to drive margin adherence.  
  • Manages the creation and execution of customer-facing collateral and all sales enablement tools and/or material.
  • Delivers customer presentations and/or site visits for the service portfolio.
  • Interacts with physicians, clinicians, sales force, and R&D staff regarding products and product enhancements.
  • Provides and/or supports the marketing or sales training to others.
  • Develops effective relationships with other Marketing Leaders and Functional Leads to maximize business opportunities.
  • Manages directly and/or through subordinate supervisors the activities of the Marketing Department.
  • Sets overall departmental goals and priorities and evaluates subordinate's performance against

      these goals and priorities.

  • Coaches and develops Marketing personnel.
  • Assesses market potential and provides inputs for business development and new product development process
  • Ensures inter-departmental compliance with company policies and corrective actions.
  • Organizes and delivers on National Sales Meeting presentations and initiatives
  • Organized and point person for coordination for Trade Shows, Exhibits, if applicable
