  • Collaborate with the Emergency Care business leadership team to develop an integrated strategic roadmap with business strategy and technology roadmap that aligns with both MedSurg and Stryker Enterprise strategy
  • Be a valuable functional member of the Emergency Care business Leadership table and deliver as a trusted adviser in driving technology solution and service differentiation for the division
  • Develop, and direct organization to build a budget in alignment with above to execute on the strategy
  • Create organizational strategy in alignment with global IS and Divisional strategy that will meet the goals defined. Accountable for continuously monitoring organization design to meet needs and adjust as necessary
  • Based on the organization design, hire and retain organization to accomplish these goals
  • Partner with other Division Leadership teams (including IS staff) to ensure alignment
  • Transform IS to a valued partner that is the enabler of the processes and people
  • Lead collaborative efforts for business case development
  • Charter and prioritize program and project initiatives in conjunction with division leadership
  • Liaise with other IS leaders to ensure alignment and a smooth integration of process output with the rest of the IS/IT environment
  • Manage external resources: from finalization of deals with external vendors within authorized budgets (cost and time) to monitor implementation resources and recommending any necessary corrective actions.
