The Job’s Mission

To support the Business Development sales team to hit our sales targets and maintain profitability. Responsible to maintain and develop Physio-Control business as part of the Stryker Medical division with existing and new customers. This will be in line with the Sales Director’s strategy in the Russia and Kazakhstan sales territory while meeting or exceeding financial and non-financial targets, in a way that enhances Stryker’s reputation in the mark

Key Activities & Accountabilities

  • Planning, executing and monitoring of all measures necessary to guarantee achieving budget. This encompasses: Customer care and organizing and conducting training and workshop
  • Identify and address all key decision makers (clinical, administrative /economic), key opinion leaders and key referrals in all accounts and report on them to the Area Manager on a regular basis
  • Attend and participate in key professional congresses and events as required.
  • Provide technical support to customers according to territory guidelines.
  • In conjunction with other members of the team, plan sales coverage/resources in the most effective and economical manner
  • Regular reporting to Sales and Marketing Managers, on the evolution of the sales/education activities, and adaptation to the circumstances of the market.
  • Train and educate relevant stakeholders on Stryker products, using Stryker resources in the most effective way.
  • Maintain and acquire new product, technology, market, sales tool and process knowledge.
  • Acquire and develop all necessary professional selling skills, in accordance with the company’s personal development program
  • Report immediately and accurately all negative customer or product related events (e.g., customer feedback, product and legal issues and risks etc.).
  • Carry out all administrative duties and all necessary reports in a timely and diligent manner, (i.e. boot stock reports, demo stock movement forms etc.). Provide minimum, but regular activity report to the Area Manager. 
  • Attend all required regional and national meetings.
  • Generate and provide territory Marketing reports in a quarterly basis

Education

  • Degree in Engineering, Life-science, Marketing, Business Administration or Nursing or another relevant advanced degree
  • Computer literacy (minimum: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, CRM Systems)
  • Languages: Russian and English

Experience

  • Successful sales and/or marketing experience essential.
  • Thorough knowledge of the defibrillator competitive marketplace and its users.
  • More than 3 years non-selling experience in the field (e.g. Marketing, Nursing etc), Clinical experience in Acute Healthcare
