What you will do-

This role is responsible for developing & implementing Stryker Instruments’ ProCare Demand and Supply Strategy.  This role will plan, schedule and monitor demand and supply signals for Instruments’ ProCare. Looking for this role to create integrated processes among internal functions such as service, operations, demand planning, supply planning and customer service. Promotes alignment by understanding and communicating customer needs and requirements throughout the organization. This is an individual contributor position that contributes and achieves results their own performance while building collaborative processes.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage ProCare’s global demand planning process
  • Oversee ProCare supply planning process
  • Scope of management oversight
  • Product lifecycle management
  • Leverage scope and scale of global demand/supply planning
  • Provide input, strategy, tools and efficiency opportunities
  • Channel the needs internal and external customers in all designs and initiatives
  • Hold regular demand reviews with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with, Operations,  Inventory COE and Demand Teams to make effective supply chain decisions

What you need-

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of related experience within supply chain
  • Experience in operating within a global, multi-divisional Supply Chain
  • Manufacturing management, buying, demand planning, production planning is preferred
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and cost reduction methodologies
  • SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft office skills required, particularly Excel.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, and able to see problems and recommend or take appropriate actions to solve them, ability to work in detail and be result oriented.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify potential issues and make solution recommendations
