Job Description:  The Associate Brand Manager will be responsible for the commercial strategy for an Invuity product line.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the product and procedural expert for their respective product lines. This includes full understanding of the disease state, clinical need, procedural choreography, and value proposition of the product(s) within those procedures.
  • Complete P&L responsibility for the franchise.
  • Commercial launch strategy and execution for new product lines as they are brought to market.
  • Complete strategy of the portfolio (legacy and next gen portfolio planning).
  • Manage Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships and determine potential for their collaboration with Stryker.
  • Manage Clinical Evidence Strategy for their product line(s), based on strategic and competitive needs.
  • Work closely with the entire Invuity commercial team to develop programs and products within the overall strategy.
  • Collaborate with other Stryker divisions (i.e. Endo, OI, SSS, Joint Replacement, etc) to develop value-add programs and products.
  • Development of sales training lessons and tools to educate and enable the sales force about Invuity products.
  • Demand planning through the Stryker Ops process.
  • Development of targeted tools for use by the Field in daily sales activity.
  • Conference/tradeshow strategy as part of the greater Invuity portfolio.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree (emphasis in marketing or related discipline preferred)  
  • 2 years of marketing, product management, or sales experience required
  • Demonstrated history of delivering strong project-related results
  • Ability to develop objectives, work plans and measurements that are aligned with corporate strategies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and initiative in accomplishing objectives of the position
  • Experience working directly with field sales organizations and customers in a health care environment preferred
  • Tactful, exercises independent judgment and discretion – professional presentation
  • Intellectual inquisitiveness with a desire to create practical/innovative solutions
  • Efficiently manage a large workflow and multiple projects at one time
  • Strong project management and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
