Absolutely! Depending on the role and what the hiring manager is looking for, we will consider students who bring transferrable skills to the role (leadership, class projects, etc.)

Thank you for taking the time complete your information at the event. In order to formally be considered as a candidate, you will still need to submit a formal application via our career site.

There is no right or wrong time to start applying. We typically recommend to start applying to full-time roles of interest anywhere between 2-3 months before your graduation date. Since our hiring process can include various rounds of interviews, this allows time to complete the process prior to graduation or shortly after.

Of course! Unfortunately, it would be impossible for our team to attend all the career fairs offered by schools. If we were unable to attend your school’s fair, we still want to connect with you. Be sure to complete a talent form to connect with us!

Yes! Our summer intern program curriculum incorporates various events focused on philanthropy and team building.

Our internship program curriculum is project based. Typically, an intern can be assigned anywhere from 3-5 projects that are impactful to the business and would be similar to those projects worked on by full-time Stryker employees. Whether those projects are done individually or in collaboration with other interns ultimately depends on the team’s needs.
