Our internship program curriculum is project based. Typically, an intern can be assigned anywhere from 3-5 projects that are impactful to the business and would be similar to those projects worked on by full-time Stryker employees. Whether those projects are done individually or in collaboration with other interns ultimately depends on the team’s needs.
