Main function of job: (Note: In addition to these functions employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required)

  • Admin duties for Commercial Services team – including
  • Filing
  • Archiving
  • Manage emails in shared inbox
  • Expiring pricing
  • Usage reports
  • Customer price lists
  • Support the team with tender support
  • Support with uploading of data on the Contract Monitoring system
  • Additional admin duties as and when required
  • Ad hoc projects as required

Experience required:

  •                                     
  • 2+ years’ Customer service experience
  • Experience within the medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry ideal
  • Would be advantageous to have Oracle experience
  • Outlook, Word & Excel experience essential
