Your key responsibilities:

  • Support of all EMEA customer requests and related to the technical issue via phone, voice mail or e-mail in a timely manner.
  • Full investigation product issue in order to assist customers, service providers or field service representatives in troubleshooting.
  • Assist with technical support call loops and e-mail inquiries on part number request.
  • Work with purchasing department, technical product analyst, US technical support and engineering to develop aftermarket service kit.
  • Work with item master team to create or update the service parts across EMEA
  • Work with purchasing department to create or update the min & max service parts level and delivery.
  • Ensure that obsolete service parts will be communicated across EMEA organization
  • Utilize proper software and technological tools to maintain proper records, access technical information.
  • Educate and inform individuals from other departments on technical service processes and procedures.
  • Give technical support and training to dealers and service providers, as well as customers across EMEA.
  • Give technical support and training to product managers and sales staff.
  • Build relationships and fosters teamwork with team members, leadership and individuals within other departments.
  • Ensure excellent follow-up on all customer initiated issues.
  • Identify and records all productivity issue or concerns and help root cause problems.


We are looking for:

  • Studies in Medical Devices/ Technology or similar with a Bachelor Degree
  • Work experience in a European Technical Customer Support business, ideally within an international Medical Devices Company
  • Willing to travel within EMEA
  • Service and solution oriented
  • Good at networking and communication
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong presentation and training skills
  • Intercultural social competence
  • Beside the local language fluently at English (written and spoken)
  • Familiar in working with Microsoft Office and ERP Systems

Work From Home: No

Travel Percentage: Up to 25%
