Job description:

  • You will be responsible to ensure “Best in Class” Customer experience including accurate order management and to look for continuous improvement in the Customer Service area
  • Identify and assess Customers’ needs to achieve Customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing high quality service
  • Management of various order types including consignment stock orders, Custom made product orders, standard orders, pending orders, deferred purchase order (where applicable) and consume and replenish order flows from Customers placed with Stryker via all potential channels (including EDI, phone, mail, fax, etc.)
  • Ensure correct and timely order invoicing, replenishment, consignment inventory accuracy etc. while paying attention to the customer request date and manage the order entry process accurately
  • Checking the availability of products with supply chain and locating and relocating products to other commission if needed or requested by the internal Customers.
  • Resolve Customer requirements on time by clarifying customer feedback and complaints
  • Timely preparing and collecting service quotes for repair and offers after annual checks or Customer visits, send them to the Customer and follow up to receive Customer acceptation
  • Prepare specific product or service reports by collecting and analyzing Customer information
  • Close cooperation with other departments to ensure high service level of daily duties and requests
  • Interactions with carriers and transportation team, arrangements of standard of special transportation services


  • 2-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area required
  • Advanced communication capabilities in English (verbal and writing)
  • Computer / Microsoft Office / ERP Skills
  • Extra-ordinary focus on Customer Service
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong internal drive and motivation to make a difference and add value to an organization
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Can-do attitude, responsibility

Work From Home: Occasional

Travel Percentage: 10%
