    Collate, understand, and analyze all financial information relating to the branch’s sales and operations performance. Partner with branch leadership to make business decisions based on analysis of inventory, instruments, freight, customer-specific selling prices, etc.  Accurately and concisely present financial data on all aspects of the business.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Influence business decisions by accurately and succinctly analyzing and reporting financial results to branch leadership.
    • Manage the closing and planning process for sales.
    • Recommend corrective measures if necessary, to ensure budget compliance.
    • Train and support new team members and other team members with problem resolutions and proper operations protocol.
    • Provide coaching, feedback and guidance to improve service levels, internal processes and customer support methodology.
    • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
    • Determine charges for services requested, collaborate with Corporate Accounts Receivable for collection payments, and/or arrange for billing.
    • Manage; report and analyze branch operations metrics and productivity.
    • Track service levels and problem solve any discrepancies.
    • Prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, shortages and/or shipments.
    • Implement and support Quality initiatives throughout branch.
    • Work with Branch management and sales to optimize inventory levels and utilization.
    • Implement and oversee branch-wide procedures to maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system.
    • Implement procedures to manage inventory shelf life and expiry records.
    • Process all work in accordance with standard operating procedures.

    Education and Special Training Required:

    BS/BA in finance or related discipline required.

    Qualifications and Work Experience Required

    • Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of inventory tracking and counting mechanism principles.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of principles and methods for selection, storage and movement of medical products.
    • Prior customer or account management experience.
    • Ability to drive productivity and develop relationships across the organization.
    • Proven success in implementing inventory related performance measures, metrics and productivity analyses.
    • Demonstrated interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Able to lead and work in a team environment
    • Demonstrated knowledge of the medical implant industry and hospital customer base preferred.
    • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and Access, ERP systems (including data analysis tools i.e. queries, pivot tables, etc.)
    • Valid Driver’s license with good driving record.

    Work From Home: Occasional

    Travel Percentage: 30%
