The Customer Engagement Innovations Specialist supports the CEI team by planning and helping facilitate all program events (MVP, 360 Experience, Train the Champion) within a defined budget. They will be the outward facing contact for our salesforce and customers in program event support.  They will perform all activity in accordance with Stryker compliance standards, Advamed Code, and all national and state regulations.  The CEI Specialist supports program management, sales, marketing and the creative design team to effectively coordinate and create the development, design, approval, production and distribution of CEI program materials.

Responsibilities

  • Own planning and coordination of all onsite customer visits
  • Be the point person for logistics onsite throughout visit agendas
  • Own team administrative responsibilities (travel booking, scheduling, expense processing, document management, etc.)
  • Create, optimize and own creative direction of CEI documents (presentations, one-pagers,  executive summaries, business reviews, agendas, etc.)
  • Create and edit collateral for VIP tours at high profile tradeshows like AAOS and AORN
  • Own Collateral approval process for all CEI materials
  • Coordinate, populate and deploy MVP Bleacher Report via Marketo
  • Provide timely responses to internal and external customers with an expert knowledge of procedures and guidelines as it relates to interaction and support
  • Assist in tracking the value and success (both for the customers and for Stryker) of CEI Programs
  • Support execution tasks of the CEI Program as appropriate
  • Occasionally present materials to internal audiences
  • Includes 10%  travel on a national level
  • Other tasks as assigned

Physical Requirements

  • Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
  • Must be able to communicate with large groups of people
  • Must be able to review printed material
  • Must be able to communicate telephonically, and effectively both in writing and orally
  • Must be able to use common office equipment (e.g. calculator, PC, fax machine, etc.)

  • Must be able to generate and explain detailed project plans and initiatives
  • Must be able to analyze and resolve non-routine issues using independent judgment
  • Must be able to observe and correct minute inconsistencies (e.g. in the printed word, product appearance, etc.)

  • Must be able to juggle multiple things at once
  • Must be very detailed oriented
  • Must enjoy creating new materials and ideas

Qualifications/Work Experience Preferred

  • At least five years of experience in business, marketing, project management, event management or related field preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent Computer Skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent and proven communication skills
  • Excellent ability to build strong, dependable relationships with customers and Stryker personnel
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Proven record of success in a role requiring high attention to detail
  • Have an understanding of the Stryker system and have an ability to influence without authority with Stryker personnel

Education/Special Training Required

  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field preferred

Work From Home: Occasional

Travel Percentage: 10%
