Your role will involve conducting sales activities to gain sales growth and market share with existing and new customers through negotiation, customer focus and education. You will be present in theatre to assist surgeons and theatre staff maximize the use and application of Stryker products, and provide technical expertise to registrars, nurses and other personnel as required.
You will build strong working relationships with key hospital contacts to maximize business opportunities, and will provide added value to our customers through your product knowledge and understanding of their preferences and needs.
As the successful candidate, you will have a previous track record of exceptional performance within a medical device or pharmaceutical sales industry. You will have demonstrable communication, negotiation and influencing skills, a commitment to quality and a passion for exceeding your customer’s expectations.


  • Medical, Marketing or Business related degree
  • Excellent written and oral skills in Polish and English
  • Sound computer skills
  • Several years’ sales & marketing experience in medical devices or healthcare industry preferred
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships (with surgeons & hospitals in respective areas would be beneficial)
  • Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments
  • Strengths in: communication, negotiation and influencing, analytics
  • Commitment to quality and a passion for exceeding customer’s expectations
  • Valid driver’s license
