To support the growth of Stryker, we are recruiting a talented Sales representative for the Acute portfolio in the Netherlands. The product portfolio consists of Stryker beds, surfaces and Temperature Management System in the defined territory of the Netherlands. You will work very closely with the Indirect Channel Partner (IC) that sells our stretchers and hospital chairs, to maximize exposure and opportunities. 

Key responsibilities

  • Identifying, following up and successfully delivering our complete solutions in the Netherlands, maintain and expand sales, driven by relationships.
  • Prospection, informing customer and IC on our products, running demonstrations.
  • Making offers based on expectations/needs of the customers, which can be hospital staff and hospital administration with the goal of achieving qualitative and sales-oriented consultation.
  • Conducting price negotiations and contractual preparation within the limits of in-house guidelines, up to contract conclusion.
  • Organizing and conducting trainings and workshops.
  • Controlling all the resources and materials of his related sales area. Optimization of the resources.
  • Regular reporting to Regional Sales Manager and Senior Sales Representative, on the evolution of the sales, and adaptation to the circumstances of the market.
  • Developing the market for our Temperature Management system and leading as the clinical product and sales expert for the BeNeNord region.

What are we looking for?

  • Clinical experience/background and first Sales experience
  • Experience in a similar position within the Medical Device industry is preferred
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Persisting talent, selling, and strong hunting sales approach for creating new business opportunities
  • Excellent influencing skills and communications skills
  • Ability to build and expand relationships with different customers (Decision Making Units) in Pre-Hospital and hospital, predominantly Key Opinion Users and end users in general.
  • Clinical/technical insights and problem-solving attitude are key in this position
  • Result driven, positive mindset, enthusiastic and passionate about healthcare
  • Strong organizational skills, dynamic, professional, pragmatic, driven to succeed and go the extra mile for our customers!

Work From Home: Yes

Travel Percentage: 60%
