Individual Responsibilities:

  • Proactively collaborates with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation
  • Responsible to live and drive Stryker’s Mission and Values: Integrity, Accountability, People, and Performance

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for documentation to support the HCP Consultant Services and Post-Event Consultant payment and ensures data accuracy through periodic service reconciliations
  • Assists in the management of all Canada HCP Consulting Needs Assessment Documents by partnering with the Marketing Leadership group and Medical Education to determine consulting needs across business units annually and quarterly
  • Responsible for disclosing all interactions with active US Licensed HCPs for Transparency purposes to the Professional Affairs Analyst
  • Collaborate with the Professional Affairs Analyst on the development of Monthly Highlights and Metrics as applicable
  • Prepare HCP Consulting accruals on day -5 for the Financial Reporting team on a monthly basis
  • Organizes and prioritizes duties to effectively accomplish business and budget requirements
  • Responsible for assisting with the completion and documentation of weekly flight audits
  • Supports the Senior Professional Affairs Analyst on continuous improvement initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned by the Controller

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

  • Proven ability to interact with others, including demonstrated relationship-building skills with surgeon consultants, divisional colleagues and the field organization
  • Professional demeanor and performance driven, with ability to perform effectively
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks under varying business pressure, with proven ability to meet strict and established timelines
  • High standard of integrity and accuracy
  • Strong oral and written communication skills including ability to effectively communicate complicated issues
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Must be able to review and create professional printed and handwritten materials
  • Knowledge of MEDEC, AdvaMed, anti-bribery and anti-corruption guidelines relating to the healthcare environment, in particular Healthcare Consultancy & events is an asset

Education & Qualifications

  • Strong administrative skills and background (proficiency with MS Office)
  • High degree of professionalism and accuracy is required
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered
