We are currently recruiting for a Product Specialist for the Endoscopy division of Stryker Southern Sweden / Copenhagen area. Perfect location would be Malmö or Copenhagen. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong sales person who has a proven track record of sales achievements and has a passion for medical devices. This is opportunity to work with leading Sports Medicine products and in an interesting environment of visualisation with new technology.

Our Endoscopy business is expanding heavily in Europe – be part of it!

Your key responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the sales of innovative, life-changing Sports Medicine & Visualization products for your region.
  • Place the customer at the heart of everything you do, focus on customer needs and building strong, long-lasting relationship building in order to provide value to our customers.
  • Excellent customer care for (managerial) physicians, surgical/theatre staff and hospital administration hospital administration with the goal of achieving qualitative and sales-oriented consultation.
  • Using your product knowledge and quick thinking, you’re always available to educate doctors, nurses and other staff how to properly use and maintain our life-changing products.
  • Identification of local KOLs, proposition of local action plans. Be the expert for your region on leads, market analysis and account planning.
  • You’ll be managing tenders in your territory in collaboration with the team.
  • Conduct price negotiations and contractual preparation within the limits of in-house guidelines, up to contract conclusion.

What are we looking for?

  • Education in sales, marketing, health care (nurse, physiotherapist), life sciences or engineering.
  • First experience in sales (at least one year) preferably from the medical industry or similar industry
  • Passionate about selling high quality products in a medical environment with a high customer focus.
  • Curious for our products and the drive and motivation to add value to customers.
  • You pride yourself in being a strong relationship builder as well as an excellent communication specialist.
  • You are an absolute team player and characterized by your strong service and customer orientation.
  • Fluent in Danish, Swedish and English.

Travel Percentage: Up to 50%
