 Key Activities & Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with National Accounts, branches, agencies, and customers to review and upload Pricing Agreements into Oracle ERP system
  • Partners with Sales/Marketing, Business Development and Finance to correctly position product portfolio and establish pricing programs aligned with product/sales strategy and revenue recognition requirements.
  • Will utilize sales tools as a super user to complete analysis and recommendations for alignment and follow-up with appropriate business partners to discuss opportunities.  
  • Evaluates opportunities to monetize products offered initially at little to no cost or to create upsell opportunities as products are repositioned in the marketplace.
  • Will execute the analysis of internal and external data sources to support sales strategies and programs.
  • Process ad-hoc requests for reporting and pricing corrections
  • Build analyses for competitive product cross-references by leveraging sales and marketing data
  • Develops, evaluates and implements pricing strategies and models based upon current business and competitive market dynamics.
  • Conducts research and performs competitive pricing analysis.
  • Monitors ongoing competitive environment to ensure practices do not adversely impact company reputation or customer satisfaction.
  • Projects impact of pricing changes, individual promotions and rebate programs on revenue.
  • Creates/administers pricing databases and coordinates implementation of pricing proposals across the organization.
  • Develop, design and maintain advanced pricing reporting tools and resources aimed at process efficiency and enhanced usability of these tools to internal teams such as National Accounts, Sales, Marketing and other teams within Finance.
  • Analyze and synthesize complex sales data related to marketing divisions, price lists, customer groups, discounts, margins, and operating income, etc. to develop and provide meaningful insight and relevant recommendations. ​Develop the initial analysis or model and also actively participate in the iterative process of adjusting pricing proposals. 
  • Utilize Stryker’s databases, third-party data, and working with other internal teams such as National Accounts, Sales, Marketing, and other teams within Finance.
  • Provide to Regional Sales Managers all the data related to economic conditions (products, services, prices, discounts, etc.) in terms of product, unit, value, region by region along with any other information (specifications, tender, competition) to assist the formulation of strategies for sales and mktg
  • Support the tenders/Quotation/General Agreement management in accordance with the directives of the Sales Managers / or Directors in order to maintain and develop the business and acquire new customers
  • Work actively with the Customer Service, Finance and all the other internal departments to ensure synergies and business effectiveness.
  • Promoting and disseminating the culture of compliance (compliance with regulations and ethical behaviour)


  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics or similar
  • Demonstrated Microsoft Excel and Access advanced skills;  Prefer Oracle ERP, Power BI, Cognos and advanced reporting systems skills
  • Professional level of English (B2-C1)


  • 3-5 years of financial planning, reporting, sales support and analysis experience
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Healthcare sector experience is an asset
