Responsible for providing a full range of services and support to the Sales & Marketing Department. The incumbent deals with routine matters independently and in general use initiative within well defined guide-lines. The incumbent has to deal with the internal and external Sales and Marketing organization providing and gathering the info&action.

Sales & Marketing support for the local Romanian Sales Team

Leading the process to define yearly events to attend in coordination with Local Sales & Marketing team and the dealers and following up the Needs Assessment approval process with marketing, compliance and finance departments

  • Engaging the KOL communication and following up the SOP & agreement processes as well as  all plannings regarding the events including agenda, travel,payments etc.
  • Supporting local sales & marketing team both in national, international and 3rd Party events (TPEC), including;
    • Communication with KOL & participants
    • Finding & communicating with right contacts both in local & international colleagues & finding right sources to organize & execute the event
    • Preparation of required compliance documents (including LCAT entries, CCD entries & interdivisional faculty engagement forms to be send for international faculties) & agreements with the KOLs, facilities, suppliers etc.
    • Following up the process with MoH for event and supporting HCPs registrations and getting required approvals ( to be applied if needed, according to local legislation )
    • Defining and providing marketing and promotional materials to be used during the events (Including all logistics arrangements and vendor relations)
    • Work with Regional Sales Manager(s), Product Manager(s) and Marker Development Manager(s)  and business units to determine event budget and manage expenses to that budget. Monitors budgets by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts, working closely with Finance team.
    • Gathering event evaluation forms & creating basic reports based on the evaluation forms
    • Document, track & follow-up training activities attended by all Sales & Marketing staff including distributors
    • Coordination & sharing of information updates regarding the Romanian market from the Associations with the Romanian marketing team
  • Providing training support/ (materials / promotional materials including);
    • Coordinating with suppliers / following up vendor processes
  • Budget approvals and manage order process, inventory management
  • Be involved in specific Marketing projects when requests are arising (products campaigns; products launches; etc.);
  • Organize internal (Stryker sales force & Dealer etc)  product training's cooperating with Market Dev Mng/ PM/ RSM
    • Catalogs order, follow up sales team & dealer request and provide the needs of translation and validation process to manage
  • Supporting Dealer communication;
  • Supporting Surgeon / KOL Database
    • Keeping up to date already created database with the sales team and other related network
    • Customer insight – if marketing team would like to continue. (Create the most appropriate survey to measure the customer satisfaction)              

Internal Communication

  • Responsible for organisation of key intercompany  travel arrangements, itineraries, meetings , local familiarisation
  • Ensure that company business meetings & internal communication activities are organised timely and appropriately

Academic qualifications / degree & relevant prior experience:

Key talents /strengths for the role:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing communications with at least 1 years of event planning and execution (this minimum experience  is a plus but not a must)
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Graduate/ Post Graduate in marketing/marketing communications/communications is an asset
  • Able to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong planning & organizational skills 
  • Problem-Solving skills
  • Pro-active, results-oriented
  • Ability to handle multiple and diversified tasks within the assigned time constraints; calm under pressure
  • Energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
