Your responsibilities

  • Data management (keep employee files updated and maintained)
  • Facilitate the onboarding day for new hires together with Facility Management and Quality
  • Work with recruiters on recruitment activities
  • Prepare and maintain employment letters and contracts
  • Recommend changes in procedures and processes
  • Maintain the training matrix
  • Other ad hoc HR operational tasks (answering questions based on guidance, etc.)

What are we looking for?

  • 3rd or 4th year Bachelor/Master student in Human Resources or related field
  • Availability for at least 6 months starting a.s.a.p.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Accurate and integrity on number 1
  • Team player
  • Solution oriented
  • Hands-on (working on operation HR tasks)
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Command of English language
  • Eager and open to learn
  • Able to work in an international and dynamic environment
