Provide administrative support to the VP of Commercial Operations and management of the department.

Role requires discretion, confidentiality, a good understanding of technical and business vocabulary, and a working knowledge of the organization's operations, procedures, and people.

Manage the executive's schedule and make travel arrangements. Gather, compile, verify, and analyze information for the executive's use in documents such as emails, reports, presentations, etc.

Facilitate smooth and positive communications between the executive and colleagues, key stakeholders, senior leadership and external parties.

Manage special projects, help with planning medium to large size meetings, facilitate broader communication strategies and provide oversight for departmental budget.


This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of good judgement in applying the utmost of professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job require attention to detail, superior organizational skills, savvy communication skills, ability to prioritize on a daily basis, comfort level with learning new processes/systems/skills, flexibility, strong interpersonal skills and the willingness to provide support remotely along with in-person.

Requires a university degree or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience.
