What you will do-

Execute day-to-day management of the customized product process, including Custom Cranial Implant, Customized Mandibular Reconstructive Plate, Medical Modeling and Virtual Surgical Planning.  Strong focus will be placed around system accuracy and improving the time of product billing.

Plans, schedules and monitors inbound movement of materials from suppliers. Determines material requirements and coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering. Develops specifications for new contract orders.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Will manage the day-to-day inbox, sales rep inquiries, web meeting scheduling, etc.
  • Will be the main point of contact for inventory related to customs for sales and internal team.
  • Will manage the inventory accuracy of the idSolutions section of the ordering app along with resolution of issues.
  • Will support the management of returned products and re-issuance as samples in accordance with HIPPA and legal commitments.
  • Will analyze data from multiple suppliers of custom products to improve efficiency
  • Will work with sales reps to obtain surgery date information and to encourage PO submission
  • Will help with various supply chain activities as needed (as time permits)

What you need-

  • BA/BS in Business Management, Logistics/Supply Chain (or related)
  • 0-2 years related experience
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office (Proficient in Microsoft Excel)
  • ERP experience (Oracle, SAP, PRMS, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated effective organizational skills

Work From Home: No

Travel Percentage: Up to 25%
