What you will do

As an Associate Business Analyst at Stryker, you will oversee new requests for inventory placements. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with customers and maximize inventory assets to grow the business. The Associate Business Analyst will partner with Field Offices to ensure customer service levels and satisfaction are met while meeting the overall objective to create a leaner and more profitable supply chain. Responsibilities may include:

  • Analyze data to make suggestions for correct placements of new product launch kits and EPS (early product surveillance) sets.
  • Ability to interpret datasets and tell a story
  • Assist Field Offices with researching availability of key backordered items from other Field Office locations.  
  • Prepare data for the Joint Replacement Sales and BOM teams on inventory placements and sales opportunities.
  • Partner with Demand Planning and Marketing on new product launch forecasts.
  • Play a role in Field budget creation.
  • Support forecasts, target inventories, and multiple supply chain activities.
  • Provide data that will help management make better supply chain decisions.
  • Prepare forecasts that will be used during monthly IBP meetings.
  • Check inventory records to determine availability of requested products.
  • Prepare financial analysis of ownership targets.
  • Prepare inventory turns and make recommendations to management on increasing or decreasing stock levels.
  • Provide management with data that supports or denies requests for increased par levels and expired replacements.

What you need

  • Bachelor's degree; Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or Finance preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience with supply chain, warehouse or financial inventory control systems, processes and product placement in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated technical/data science skills required (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Access, ERP, Tableau, SQL and Power BI)
  • Strong analytical/quantitative skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver on multiple competing priorities and work under time pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and interact effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience presenting at multiple levels within the organization
  • Demonstrated customer service and communication skills

Work From Home: Occasional

Travel Percentage: 10%
