Manager – Net Requirements Planning

Summary
Drive standardization and consistent best practice methodologies for net requirements planning (NRP), which will reconcile the demand (forecast) against supply to create a global netted signal that will be used for supply and inventory planning across the network. The responsibilities include the standardization of processes, tools, data / technology, etc. Responsibility of setting KPI targets, tracking and monitoring process across the network. Drive root cause analysis for supply chain issues in collaboration with the franchises and regions planning teams.
What you will do:
- Responsible for the design/build and maintain the key processes to support the Global Net Requirements Plan (NRP) in collaboration with the regional commercial teams across all Stryker Franchises and divisions.
- Responsible for the design/build and deployment of the key processes within, initially, supply planning scope across all Stryker Franchises and divisions.
- Responsible to create and support the deployment of the critical NRP key performance metrics (KPI) and supporting dashboards.
- Manage the process and team to acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
- Create and support the deployment of capability roadmaps that drive the maturity of the planning function but also the performance KPIs.
- Supporting the Global ERP implementation into the supply and sourcing function by manufacturing site to ensure full adoption of the new way of working.
- Developing and maintaining a process framework to record and build a process repository based on the design of best practice.
- Training, coaching and supporting the supply and inventory planners across the regions and divisions regarding new tools and capabilities.
What you will need:
- Degree level in Business/Engineering/Supply Chain management.
- APICS accredited or professional supply chain accreditation preferred but not essential.
- This job typically requires a degree or equivalent and a minimum of 3 or more years of experience.

- Ability to work and influence the divisions and regional planning teams (demand, supply, and inventory planners).
- Demonstrated through previous roles a readiness for first line management role based on performance and maturity.
- Demonstrate knowledge of S&OP and IBP processes and the role of supply planning within the overall supply chain process.
