Job Description

Support the Global Treasury Operations team by overseeing North American cash management, global card programs, and bank account administration. Identify, recommend, and implement enhancements for bank-related services. Support the larger Treasury team on special projects and initiatives.  

  • Manage, coach, and develop Treasury Operations analyst(s) responsible for North American cash management, global bank account administration, bank fee management, and global card programs

  • Review and approve daily cash positions including money market investment and redemption decisions

  • Lead operational relationships with external banking partners; coordinate and manage content of recurring bank meetings, set the prioritization of tasks, engage and escalate issues with senior bank leadership when required

  • Develop, maintain, and review Treasury Operations policies, procedures, and training documentation

  • Support Treasury integration activities for acquired companies; develop customized integration plans for Treasury Operations activities and manage them to desired timelines and milestones by engaging Treasury and Finance peers and leaders for support

  • Lead the global program management of the company’s T&E Corporate Card Program: collaborate with the Global Travel and Meetings team and be a central point of contact for Shared Service program administrators requesting issue escalation, card program maintenance, and general support.

  • Oversee program management of the company’s P-Card and V-Card programs

  • Administer global online banking portals and serve as a primary administrator for controlling access and entitlements to bank accounts and related services in line with published policies and best practices; lead efforts to standardize and enhance the efficiency of online banking portals

  • Other tasks and projects as assigned by Treasury leadership


  • 8-10 years experience in a corporate finance role
  • 4+ years experience managing staff
  • Corporate banking or treasury sales management experience strongly preferred
  • B.B.A with emphasis in Finance or Accounting
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) strongly preferred
