Job Description

The Job’s Mission

To ensure the smooth running of training and other events at the European office in the Netherlands, developing best practices and building strong relationships. Support the project management of Education projects.

Events and Training Coordination and overseeing of room booking calendar

  • Track and maintain budget for Educationcourses run at the European office to feed into the Education Operations Manager and the Sales Education Managers.
  • Work closely with the Education and Marketing teams including the Executive Assistants, Facilities and Reception for event coordination.
  • For EU level Healthcare Professional (HCP) and staff courses, manage the process end to end in partnership with Education Managers.
  • Manage Vendors and negotiate best prices for hotels, transfers, materials.
  • Develop and maintain best practices for the smooth running of the European office
  • Single point of contact for booking training rooms on the 7th floor. (training floor).
  • Maintain scorecard records and calendar for the European office including maintaining the Me My events Portal.
  • Purchase Order (PO) process Buyer for Education Team.
  • Playbook updating and socialisation.

Project Management Support

  • Work in partnership with the Education Operations Managers to streamline the communication and measures before and after courses.
  • Map and coordinate the PR communications of the team
  • Project Management/guidance of Education team initiatives eg:Event app, new courses, translations.

Education

  • Business, Marketing, Leisure Management, Hospitality or related discipline preferred
  • Fluency in English essential

Desirable Experience

  • Prefer demonstrated experience coordinating events or venues
  • Evidence of successfully working in a cross functional team.
