What you will do

Product / Technical Sales Support:

  • Act as a technical expert for Hemorrhagic franchise with a focus on coils, SAC and  Flow Diverter stents (FDS) and Acute Ischemic Stroke (AIS) portfolio in the assigned area and be recognized for knowledge and expertise.
  • Supports field execution of sales and marketing programs through active presence in the field, working with the sales/distributor organization.
  • Assists, train the sales force and technicians whenever it is necessary.

Customer Interactions and Monitoring

  • In collaboration with Marketing Manager and local Sales Support functions, the TDS monitors the execution of physician product training (FDS & AIS) as per marketing/strategic plan
  • Act as a technical & clinical expert for Hemorrhagic and Ischemic franchises with a focus on  Flow Diverter stents (FDS) and Acute Ischemic Stroke (AIS) market development in the assigned area and is recognized by Key Accounts and partners for his knowledge and expertise.
  • TDS is expected to interact properly with radiologists/neuroradiologists /neurosurgeons to ensure proper and safe product usage and monitor their level of satisfaction, their clinical results and their preferences.
  • TDS interact with referring physicians to support a better understanding and acceptance of FDS and SAC technology. Understand the AIS market and ways to develop the market in partnership with physicians thoughts and actions.
  • TDS listens to the physicians and helps the company to build targeted or global plans:  product development, training programs, clinical initiatives...

Market Intelligence

  • The TDS helps the organization to monitor physicians satisfaction and document product feedback
  • TDS substantially contributes to market intelligence (account activity, competition initiatives and prioritization of commercial strategies).
  • TDS keeps track and orientates the marketing activities developed locally by each distributor making sure that there is an alignment of strategies between Stryker and local partners.

Clinical Activity

  • TDS will search for opportunities to create clinical initiatives in the country, acting as a partner to both physicians and Stryker Neurovascular.
  • TDS will provide field information on competitive clinical initiatives, results, and protocols.


  • Ensures awareness and compliance with Stryker Quality objectives such as complaint report handling, compliance regulations, compliance paperwork thereby

What you need

  • Intermediate English;
  • 2-3 years of experience in the medical area;
  • Experience with operating room;
  • Experience in developing presentations/training.

Work From Home: Regularly scheduled days

Travel Percentage: 50%
