Job Description

We are looking for a highly capable Medical Sales professional to join our Trauma team. In this role you will work as a, “Convert Sales Rep” driving our new business growth .  You will have a responsibility to the South East Trauma Region but initially, will primarily work across a set of hospitals broadly located in and around the M25 motorway within the territory.

Your focus will be to maintain business in a group of allocated accounts that will be given to you.  You will be expected to maintain and grow the share of Stryker Business in those accounts.

  • Uses consultative sales techniques to develop business. Can detail a number of options for customers to raise finance for purchases.  Has a detailed understanding of the commercial workings of the NHS and private sector and uses this knowledge to leverage business opportunities.  
  • Shows evidence of ability to win market share from competitors.  Always wins. Develops opportunity for cross franchise colleagues to win business.   
  • Gains complete understanding of customer requirements and emotional drivers and positions accordingly.  Recognises buying signals and reacts appropriately. Always closes. Shows ability to support more junior sales reps in their sales process.  Has ability to support  tendering proposals.
