Stryker is looking for a new Sales Representative to join the Medical division on the SAGE Team in Victoria / SA! In this role you will own your territory and become a product expert while providing clinical and technical expertise in the hospital setting.

Stryker recently launched the SAGE portfolio ( via a direct sales force, and due to overwhelming response and success, we are expanding our Sales Team to provide simple interventions with extraordinary outcomes to a wider number of hospitals in this region.

This role will involve:

  • Conducting sales activities to gain sales growth and market share with existing and new customers through negotiation, clinical assessments, customer focus and education
  • Working with key clinical staff in high acuity settings to partner with them on an outcomes and prevention focus of hospital acquired infections or injuries that are preventable. ​
  • Building strong working relationships with key hospital contacts to maximize business opportunities, and will provide added value to our customers through your product knowledge and understanding of their preferences and needs
  • Providing seamless service and support to all key personnel to ensure the safe and efficacious use of our products.
  • Working closely with the portfolio’s marketing personnel and management to lead and implement sales strategies for the portfolio’s business

 As the successful candidate, you will have:

  • A previous track record of exceptional performance within the sales, with a particular focus on deep, meaningful and lasting relationships with key partners, with tertiary qualifications and 4 or more years’ experience
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, your commitment to quality and your passion for exceeding your customer’s expectations
  • ​A drive to succeed combined with your love of the ‘thrill of the chase’ will ensure your success in this role.
  • Independent working style with high attention to detail and strong analytical skills
