Does this sound like the kind of culture you would thrive in? This Territory Manager role offers you the opportunity to join our Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) team in VIC!

  • Conduct sales activities to gain sales growth and market share with existing and new customers through negotiation, customer focus and education.
  • Be present in the operating theatre to assist surgeons and theatre staff maximise the use and application of Stryker products
  • Provide technical expertise to registrars, nurses and other personnel as required.
  • Build strong working relationships with key hospital contacts to maximise business opportunities
  • Provide added value to our customers through your product knowledge and understanding of their preferences and needs.

As the successful candidate, you will:
  • Have a previous track record of exceptional performance and while it is preferred within the medical device or pharmaceutical sales industry, other industry experience will be considered.
  • Posess strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills, commitment to quality and a passion for exceeding your customer’s expectations.
  • Have a drive to succeed combined with your love of the ‘thrill of the chase’ will ensure your success in this role.
  • Be a motivated self-starter with exceptional planning skills
  • Be happy communicating up and down organisational structures. In one day you can be teaching cleaning staff how to manage equipment and then move straight to a meeting with a hospital manager.
