Job Description

  • Answer incoming calls and emails from Sales Reps, customers, and OnSite Specialists regarding usage and set up of Stryker Endoscopy products.
  • Responsible for keeping all Tech Support Representatives up to speed on product knowledge.
  • Take responsibility for the team metrics and focusing on goals set for the team.
  • Create support cases for incoming calls and emails to provide visibility of product information to cross-functional teams.
  • Document complaints, when applicable, through Trackwise or SFDC.
  • Provide Device History Reports to Sales Reps, OnSite Specialists and Customers.
  • Support after hours Tech Support phone line.
  • Interact with R&D, Quality, Marketing and other engineering departments to stay abreast of the latest product issues.
  • Attend product development meetings when needed.
  • Assist Customer Service and ProCare Repair teams with product inquiries.
