Job Description

"Interpretation and full understanding and supporting of QMS documents to wider teams. Create and develop technical/quality trainings concerning Field Actions and Recalls. Educate and train internal and external counter parts. Configure and develop reporting systems concerning Field Actions and Recalls. Actively maintain contact with other technical support teams, coordinators and project leads to ensure information transfer. Ensure follow up of procedures with local technical teams. If necessary perform technical maintenance, upgrade and rework services, inhouse and in field. Reporting to Field Action Leadership.   MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Interpretation and understanding QMS, explanation to wider teams.

  • Responds to inquiries from technical service agencies concerning products and recalls.

  • Create and develop technical/quality trainings concerning Field Actions and Recalls.

  •  troubleshooting, specifications, warranty questions, parts/accessories identification and general product questions.

  • Document all technical service inquiries, identify trends affecting our products and provide feedback to appropriate team (Service, Sales, Marketing and Quality).

  • Collaborate with local service manager

  • Ensure that Salesforce.com and Reporting systems are updated appropriately

  • Implement changes in workflow processes.

  • Manage Business Improvement Initiatives in the Technical Service area.

Perform other related duties as assigned.,  BASIC QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Biomedical engineering or equivalent

  • 3 years’ experience supporting medical devices

  • 3 years’ experience in a customer facing or customer contact position

  • Fluent in English

PREFERRED/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS


  • Experience in project management

  • Experience in using Microsoft Office, Google Docs, QAD and Salesforce.com

  • Dependable and driven to meet required deadlines

  • Great attention to detail

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Must work well in a fast paced team environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Able to work under minimal supervision
