Job Description


As a Talent Intelligence Analyst you will have the opportunity to work across our global locations, divisions and functions.  You will partner TABP’s, Talent Brand leaders and the sourcing team at the global level with market research and competitive intelligence which will give you exposure to our entire organization.  You will help build our brand reputation by supporting the Talent Attraction team with data that defines our best performing talent sources, maximizes our pipelines, and creates efficiencies in sourcing strategies. You will have the opportunity to work on:  

  • Designing and implementing global talent mapping strategies for regions or functions.
  • Partner with Sourcing team to support their efforts in finding talent that we can pipeline for current needs and the future
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for the broader Talent Acquisition teams such as labor market insights, talent migrations, talent flow trends, competitor intel, talent pool identification,  etc
  • Conduct and compile competitor analysis reports finding where the talent is and providing insight in how to best reach them
  • Identify and validate top talent from target spaces (competitors, associations, industry, etc.) & using the data to select sources that provide quality hires.
  • Search and report out industry trends, market information and competitor news helping us build sourcing strategies
  • Provide insights to Recruitment Marketing to build target audience strategies
  • Design a research database that becomes Stryker’s competitive advantage

  • Bachelor’s degree required. 
  • Data science, marketing or research majors preferred
  • Proven background in taking data and translating into a story for others required
  • 5+ years experience in Talent Acquisition using ATS and/or CRM
  • Previous experience in a research role preferred
