Supply Planner – Model Farm Rd

This is a permanent position which will be based in Stryker Model Farm Rd, Cork. The successful candidate will be working remotely to begin with to support Stryker’s continued efforts to keep our staff and customers as safe as possible.

What You will Do:

The successful candidate will form a key part of the Model Farm Road Supply Planning team.

This is very much a cross-functional role where this person will manage the supply of materials ensuring a high standard of customer service without disruption to the production plan, finding a balance between 100% supply and meeting inventory targets.

The ideal candidate will build very strong relationships with all key stakeholders and have the discipline and structure to ensure a high level of performance.

What You Need:

  • Degree level in Business/Engineering/Supply Chain management

  • Minimum of 2 years in either a production, supply or demand planning role where knowledge is demonstrated and experience gained in planning and/or buying.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel

  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills.

  • Customer focused.

  • Works with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times.

  • The ability to work on your own or as part of a team.

  • Demonstrate Initiative.

  • Initiates, sponsors and implements change. Works cooperatively with others to produce innovative solutions.

  • Solves problems by gathering data and using logic to arrive at decisions or solutions that achieve the desired outcome.

  • Makes timely and sound decisions, through effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions.
