The Supply Chain Program Manager (SCPM) will lead the top-priority initiative to optimize end-to-end supply chain process and lead the division to meet its service level goals. The SCPM will lead a diverse team, with members across numerous functions, many of whom are senior level leaders, and provide frequent updates to Executive Leadership Team.

The SCPM will establish program charter, drive alignment across the organization, manage team members, perform supply chain diagnostics, lead effort to design and implement process improvements, and communicate to executive leadership. The SCPM will lead the team to overcome various challenges, such as organizational alignment gaps, supply chain process inefficiencies, and IT system issues.

Job Requirements

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. A PMP is preferred, but not required.

Ideal candidates will also possess the following skills/experience:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a supply chain management or project management role with focus on global post-manufacturing supply chain management
  • Supply chain management, manufacturing management, project management or similar role in a manufacturing environment is required
  • ERP system experience is required, experience with ERP implementation is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and proven intercultural competences to interact within our international working environment
  • Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills, with the proven ability to teach and coach others. Must be comfortable presenting at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to meet project milestones and deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Demonstrated success in managing projects within a complex, global business across multiple geographic regions
  • Demonstrated use of project management tools (e.g.: MS Project) to plan, track and facilitate projects
  • Lean Manufacturing, Process Excellence/Six Sigma training and/or certification experience is preferred
