To set the team up for success, we are currently recruiting a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Sydney!

  • Do you have experience in or willingness to learn about stock management, planning, directing and providing guidance to our manufacturers, customers and logistics providers?
  • Are you analytical and able to draw conclusions from data?
  • Do you love solving problems and helping your customers?
  • Do you love building relationships and reaching win win solutions?
  • Are you comfortable with technology and not afraid to learn new computer systems?
Day to day responsibilities will include:
  • Purchasing, tracking purchase orders, and maintaining relationships with suppliers
  • Coordinating the dispatch, delivery, and billing of capital products
  • Reducing inbound freight costs while keeping high service levels
  • Adhering to operational budgets to support the fulfillment of sales orders
  • Managing optimal inventory levels
  • Planning strategic purchases
  • Driving lasting changes
As Stryker South Pacific’s primary internal point of contact for capital goods within the Planning/Purchasing team, you will work closely with internal Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technical Services, other Operations groups, and various external suppliers.

You will be responsible for:
  • Coordinating the sourcing, dispatch, delivery and billing of equipment
  • Service, inbound freight costs, and asset management of inventory
  • Adhere to operational budgets to support the fulfillment of sales order
As the successful candidate, you will:
  • Be an excellent communicator with strong negotiation, customer service and organisation skills
  • Have experience in coordination and strong attention to detail
  • Be able to accurately and analytically enter and update large amounts of data
  • Have the ability to learn and master proprietary programs
