    What you will do-

    The Supply Chain Business Analyst will assist in reviewing U.S. Field Office inventory requirements, compile reports and metrics and make recommendations for inventory reallocation based upon utilization reports.  The individual in this role will interact with Marketing, Finance, Distribution, EU manufacturing sites, and U.S. Field Sales Offices.  As well as partner with Marketing and Finance on monthly reconciliations of third party Biologic distribution agreements.  

    Additional roles/responsibilities include, but not limited to:

    • Physically receive and check in kitting surgical sets
    • Complete transfer transactions between sub inventories to ensure inventory accuracy
    • Analyze data and make recommendations on whether to increase/decrease inventory
    • Participate in project work, with a focus on process and quality improvements
    • Partner with Field Sales Leaders and Legal to create contracts for hospital conversions
    • Prepare competitive cross reference reports mapping competitive products to like Stryker systems and review the savings impact
    • Work with field representative to move inventory to meet set utilization requirements or process as returns
       

    What you need-

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business or related
    • 2+ years of experience in a Distribution environment (including experience performing inventory cycle counts)

    Ideal candidates will also possess the following skills/experiences:

    • Demonstrated analytical skills with high problem solving and process improvement orientation
    • Applied knowledge of inventory tracking and counting mechanism principles
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain data integrity
    • Demonstrated customer service skills including the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with the field-based customers via telephone and email to continuously drive customer satisfaction
    • Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
    • Demonstrated discipline to carry out long-term projects and effectively inform management of progress throughout the project life cycle
    • Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and sound recommendations for inventory assortment based upon compiled inventory usage data
    • Experience working effectively in a team-based environment which places a high degree of emphases on accountability for quality/GMP compliance, customer service levels, inventory management and cost reduction
