Job Description

Job's mission:
The Supply Chain Analyst will focus on material planning, procurement, order handling, shipments of goods, trade compliance, the handling of associated documents and invoicing for the LUCAS product line. The role is also managing customer, supplier and item master data and associated ERP maintenance. Together with the manager the analyst is involved in supplier management activities such as monitoring of performance metrics and business reviews.
Key responsibilities:
  • Planning of material to ensure high service- and reliability levels of shipped products globally and achieve the set targets for inventory turnover
  • Building up and maintaining very good relationships to our suppliers, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration
  • Monitor adherence of contract manufacturer to the production plan
  • Issuing forecasts and purchase orders to meet production plan
  • Execute order to invoice process
  • Management of the daily activities of the distribution center at the contract manufacturer
  • Provide order confirmations and shipping information to customers globally
  • Ensuring compliance with import and export regulations
  • Monitoring of internal stock, cycle counts, incoming and outgoing goods and freight handling
  • Update customer master and supplier master as well as our MRP-system

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor`s degree or equivalent work experience
  • +3 years of work experience in the area of supply chain, transportation management and/or procurement
  • Experience in a GMP regulated industry (medical, pharmaceutical, automotive)
  • Experience of working with ERP system(s)
  • Knowledge in the area of process improvement and trade compliance
  • Enjoy working independently and highly self-motivated
  • Strong customer service focus and very good communications skills across different levels and functions
  • Structured and well organized
  • Fluent in English and Swedish
