Your key responsibilities

  • This role will be hired as a Program Manager responsible for the EU MDR Supply Chain compliance. You will be responsible for working with your Sourcing counterparts to ensure Stryker Global Supply chain compliance in line with Stryker's Divisional Stakeholders Project Plans. You will be responsible for the Global direction and management of the Supplier Quality EU MDR team, providing guidance on key milestones and initiatives for each Divisional franchise in the Stryker network.

  • Working in partnership with Global Supplier Network, you'll lead the strategic initiatives from concept to execution focusing on enhancing Supplier Quality processes, systems and communications across Americas, Europe and Asia regions. You will lead and champion strategic initiatives that enhance Supplier Quality’s brand in order to achieve a culture of global thinking, collaboration and innovation with key customers, partners & suppliers.

  • In addition, it is expected that you will lead the development of one global Supplier Quality portfolio management framework to improve efficiency and effectiveness of how business programs are prioritized, deployed, monitored and reported out.

  • You will also lead the development of best in class processes such as SICR, DPM, NC/CAPA, PPAP, Business Reviews and EQUIP deployment based on a partnership of mutual growth and development with our internal and external partners to enable measurable and sustainable improvement within the supplier base.

  • This role will provide oversight, coaching and guidance to the Supplier Quality and leadership team to ensure commitments are followed through and that our team vision is being demonstrated into our routine.

What are we looking for?

  • MSc Degree in a Social Science discipline.

  • 5+ years’ experience in project, coordination & facilitation environment.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Ability to take initiative, learn new concepts/processes & improve current processes. Proven ability to manage a high level of complexity & ability to prioritize and complete work in a timely manner.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous deliverables & work in a demanding environment.

  • Ability to effectively & professionally communicate & collaborate with all levels of the organization within a global virtual team and ability to manage expectations of diverse stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills; strong collaborative skills & an ability to drive collaboration between groups. Strong skills in Building Trusting Relationships.

  • Must be willing to travel in support of business needs to different geographical locations with a high comfort factor in dealing with different business cultures across the globe.

  • Strong team player who enjoys working in a dynamic & results motivated team environment.
