Job Description
Key Professional Affairs stakeholder to HCP interaction process for all Neurovascular-related HCP and Proctoring Travel.
- Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare or other related field of study OR equivalent relevant work experience.
- Typically requires 1-2 year(s) direct customer interactions in a healthcare customer service role or 1- 2 year(s) in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Healthcare Administration or a Compliance related field
- Applied knowledge of AdvaMed and federal guidelines related to the healthcare industry or any federally regulated environment will be plus
- Demonstrated ability to accurately and effectively manage processes to ensure timely outcomes and documentation integrity
- Demonstrated relationship-building skills, with the ability to liaise between Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), NV functional Sponsors (e.g. Commercial Therapy, R&D, Medical Education, Business Development, and Clinical Affairs teams), Legal, and Compliance
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment under pressure and time constraints
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and escalate challenges appropriately in a timely fashion.
- Demonstrated ability to perform consistently under varying business pressure; adaptability in a quickly changing environment
- Demonstrated ability to work with others diplomatically, and effectively, on challenging subject matter

- Microsoft Office experience
- Written and verbal communication with HCPs and internal business units to book travel accommodations in accordance with HCPi Guidance
- Books flights, ground transportation and hotel accommodations and provides HCPs with the finalize travel agenda via BCD Travel
- Manage due diligence process as follows: communicate with internal business and external consultant; collect, review, verify and submit required documentation in CAPS, Surpass Proctor Portal and BCD Travel. Make appropriate changes to ensure a seamless deliverable is provided (HCP and Proctor travel booking execution) - for HCP consultants
- Submit all expense reports for HCP travel in Concur and ensure approvals are obtained in timely manner
