Job Description

  • 4+ years of Sales Recruiting experience in Full Cycle exempt individual contributor positions and manager positions throughout a diverse organization
  • Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal and communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with recruitment tools such as Gallup profiles, Performance Profiles, Targeted Behavioral Interviewing, and other electronic/web-based tools
  • Ability to simultaneously manage 30 open positions
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively work autonomously and analyze/resolve non-routine HR and business issues of moderate scope
  • Participate in and sometimes lead team projects to enhance processes, candidate experience, and overall selection effectiveness
  • Develop collaborative relationships with hiring managers to meet their current and future staffing needs
  • Develop creative sourcing plans to fill open positions
  • Effectively source potential candidates via a variety of resources, including diversity partnerships
  • Screen applicants and coordinate/conduct  interviews with potential candidates
  • Update Applicant Tracking System in a timely manner to ensure the system accurately reflects requisition and candidate activity
  • Extend offers on behalf of the Company and hiring manager in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all recruitment efforts are conducted in compliance with all policies, laws, and hiring best practices
  • Mentor teammates in recruiting best practices and use of recruiting tools

Work From Home: Remote

Travel Percentage: 20%
