Essential Functions:

Works with Sales Directors to provide the necessary equipment needed for their teams in terms of the demo, evaluation units, trials and potential buy backs for generating revenue. Will work with Fleet Management company to ensure vehicles are maintained properly and rotated out as needed along with the proper paperwork that is required for vehicles Responsible for identifying opportunities to increase revenue (launching Revitalize Program on the legacy Physio product portfolio) and implementing a plan to execute it. Generate recommendations to the appropriate leadership team to ensure the Emergency Care Sales team has the necessary equipment (demo, trial, evaluation units, etc.) to enhance the sales process Coordinates and directs periodical meetings, resolves issues and follows up on actions arising based on feedback received from the Sales Leaders. Partners and drives process and education with service depot and logistics teams including Kenco and customer service to drive sales of certified preowned.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline.
  • Must be able to communicate well to all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical/quantitative skills
  • Ability for decision making, to work under pressure, and capacity to make good judgment under critical situations. Accuracy and prioritization in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Team work and customer service orientation.
  • APICS certification is preferred. Lean Manufacturing Training is also preferred. Process Excellence/Six Sigma tools, training and/or certification experience is highly preferred.
  • Must have knowledge of demand management/forecasting tools, forecasting processes in sales, marketing operations, finance, manufacturing and supply chain issues. Fluency in English. 
  • 5+ years’ experience in one of the following disciplines is required: Supply Chain Planning, Demand Management/Forecasting, Logistics, Customer Service, Sales/Marketing, Manufacturing, Procurement, Field Service and Inventory Management.
  • Hands on work experience with manufacturing, marketing, sales, planning, and ERP computer systems are preferred
