What You Will Do:

This individual will provide project management leadership to product development teams. You will work closely with senior management within and outside the ENT business unit to ensure successful completion of project goals on schedule and within budget. You will keep projects, tracked, resourced, and in touch with budget, ensuring that all parties are aligned in moving the project forward.

  • Manage cross-functional product development project teams co-located and international
  • Implement project management tools and techniques to support product development programs
  • Lead alignment discussion with key stake holders related to New Product Development progress
  • Identify and initiate collaboration opportunities across business units and teams to enable successful progress
  • Organize interdepartmental activities to ensure completion of assigned projects within scope, on schedule and within budget constraints
  • Identify project risks and prepare mitigations and contingency plans
  • Identify and communicate resource constraints to senior management
  • Actively work with peers in other groups to make sure programs are properly coordinated. 
  • Interact with researchers and clinical investigators.

What You Need:

  • BS Engineering / Science degree with MS or MBA preferred
  • 10+ years experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (med device preferred)
  • Proven track record of success in Project Management
  • Planning: an ability to think ahead and plan over a 1-2 year time span
  • Management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Leadership: a demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others

Work From Home: No

Travel Percentage: 20%
