We are looking for a Sr Project Manager, PMO – M&A Integration who can:

  • Partner with key cross-functional stakeholders to ensure strategic and tactical alignment between teams, functions, and activities to successfully lead M&A Integration projects
  • Translate M&A objectives into integration goals, plans, and actions
  • Drive the integration projects from inception to benefit realization, accelerate integration decision-making, report team progress and escalate issues for quick resolution
  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with executive sponsors, integration partners, and stakeholders across Stryker and the acquired organizations
  • Develop and manage integration project timelines, resource plans, risk mitigation plans, and improve the change readiness of the business
  • Lead integration planning sessions and solution workshops to gather requirements and develop a creative path forward

You must have

  • Bachelor’s Degree related to Engineering or other related field of study or equivalent meaningful work experience
  • 6+ years’ proven project management experience
  • Advanced user knowledge of MS Office ® tools.
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills, that convey clarity and brevity
  • Ability to perform consistently under varying business pressure and conflicting priorities
  • Adaptability in a quickly changing environment

You might also have

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration
  • PMP certification
  • Work experience in medical device and/or biotech field
  • Ability to perform robust business process analysis and recommend solution
  • Proven experience leading a highly-integrated integration or design project team with successful business results
  • Strong eye for business to lead a change initiative through an organization

Work From Home: No

Travel Percentage: 30%
