We are looking for a Sr Project Manager, BPI & Integration who can:

  • Partner with key cross-functional stakeholders to ensure strategic and tactical alignment between teams, functions and activities to successfully lead M&A Integration projects
  • Develop and manage integration project timelines, resource plans, risk mitigation plans, and improve the change readiness of the business
  • Emerge and drive the integration process improvement projects from inception to benefit realization
  • Lead integration planning sessions and solution workshops to gather requirements and develop a creative path forward

You must have

  • Bachelor’s Degree related to Engineering or other related field of study OR equivalent meaningful work experience
  • 6+ years’ proven project management experience
  • Six Sigma certification or equivalent meaningful work experience
  • Advanced user knowledge of MS Office ® tools.
  • Good written and verbal presentation skills, that convey clarity and brevity
  • Ability to perform consistently under varying business pressure and conflicting priorities
  • Adaptability in a quickly changing environment

You might also have

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration
  • PMP certification
  • Ability to perform robust business process analysis and recommend solution
  • Proven experience leading a highly-integrated business process improvement or data management projects with successful business results
  • Strong eye for business to lead a change initiative through an organization
